Delete Your LoadQ Account
You can request deletion of your LoadQ account and personal data at any time. This includes your account profile, uploaded images, thumbnails, saved scan history, notes and non-essential product events associated with your account.
How To Request Deletion
Send the request from the email address connected to your LoadQ account. If you cannot access that email address, include enough information for us to verify ownership before deletion.
What We Delete
We delete or anonymize account data that is no longer needed to provide the service, including uploaded images, generated thumbnails, saved case history, scan results, user notes, support metadata and app usage records tied to the account where deletion is technically and legally possible.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, chargeback, fraud prevention, security or abuse-prevention obligations. These retained records are limited to the necessary purpose and retained only for the required period.
Processing Time
We usually process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying account ownership. If a request is complex or legally restricted, we will explain the delay or limitation where required by law.
Subscriptions And Purchases
Deleting a LoadQ account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple, Google Play or Stripe. Cancel active subscriptions in the store or billing provider where they were purchased.
