Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2, 2026
These Terms govern your use of LoadQ, an AI-assisted image geolocation and research service. By using the website, preview, workspace, APIs, reports or paid Token features, you agree to these Terms.
Operator And Contact
LoadQ is operated by the provider identified in the Imprint. For support, billing, legal or abuse questions, contact [email protected].
The Service
LoadQ lets users upload images, run quick or deeper AI-assisted scans, review likely location leads, view evidence summaries, maintain case history and export reports. The service may be offered as a private preview, beta, paid product or limited-access product.
Q is an AI detective and research assistant. It can extract visual clues, reason about possible locations and produce map or evidence leads, but it does not verify facts by itself.
Eligibility And Accounts
You must be legally able to use the service and enter into these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
AI Output And No Professional Reliance
LoadQ outputs are probabilistic estimates. They may be wrong, incomplete, biased, outdated or based on ambiguous visual evidence. You must independently verify any result before relying on it.
LoadQ is not a law enforcement system, emergency service, legal adviser, private investigator, compliance adviser or safety-critical decision tool. Do not use it as the sole basis for decisions that affect rights, safety, employment, lending, housing, law enforcement action or access to services.
Your Content And Permission To Process
You may only upload images, metadata, hints and other material that you are legally allowed to process and submit to LoadQ. You retain your rights in your content. You grant LoadQ the limited rights needed to host, copy, process, transform, analyze, store, display and export your content and results for operating and improving the service, providing support, preventing abuse and complying with law.
Prohibited Use
You must not use LoadQ to stalk, harass, intimidate, doxx, blackmail, unlawfully surveil or target people; identify private individuals without a lawful basis; facilitate violence or discrimination; evade law enforcement; process illegal content; violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property or data-protection rights; overload or reverse engineer the service; bypass access controls; scrape protected areas; resell access without permission; or use the service in a way that creates legal, security or reputational risk.
Tokens, Payments And Refunds
LoadQ may use prepaid Tokens. Current displayed packages and scan costs can change over time. Unless otherwise stated in the product, Tokens are consumed when analysis work starts or when a report/export operation requiring Tokens begins.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Failed technical scans may be reviewed for Token restoration. Tokens consumed by completed or substantially started analysis are generally non-refundable except where mandatory consumer law gives you a right to a refund.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory withdrawal rights for digital content or digital services, those rights apply as required by law. Where you ask us to start providing digital content or analysis immediately, you may lose withdrawal rights for that started or delivered digital performance to the extent permitted by law.
Availability And Changes
We may modify, suspend, rate-limit, throttle or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, provider changes, abuse prevention or product development. Preview and beta features may be unstable, limited, changed or removed without notice.
Enforcement
We may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts; block uploads; remove content; withhold or cancel Tokens; or report abuse where we believe these Terms, law, safety rules or service integrity are at risk. We may investigate suspected abuse using account data, uploads, scan results and logs as described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
The service relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, security, mapping, AI, OCR, search or research. Their availability and terms may affect the service. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes or external content except where required by law.
Intellectual Property
LoadQ, its interface, branding, software, prompts, workflows, reports, design and documentation are owned by the operator or licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, misuse trademarks or create competing services from non-public parts of LoadQ except where mandatory law allows it.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that results are accurate, that a specific location will be found, that evidence is complete, that uptime will be uninterrupted or that all errors will be fixed.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraud, mandatory product liability or mandatory consumer rights. For other claims, our liability is limited to foreseeable damages caused by breach of material contractual duties and, to the extent permitted by law, excludes indirect damages, lost profits, lost data and consequential losses.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. By using LoadQ, you acknowledge that uploads and scan data may be processed by infrastructure, AI, mapping, payment and security providers as needed to provide the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the operator identified in the Imprint, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, pricing, providers, laws or risks change. The updated date above shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms, unless mandatory law requires a different process.
